On 28/2/2019, The Prime Minister issued Decision Np. 242/QĐ-TTg on approving the “Restructuring the securities market and insurance market until 2020 and orienting to 2025” Project.
The overall objective of the Project is to continue restructuring comprehensively so that the stock market becomes an important medium and long-term capital channel for the economy, building a reasonable and balanced structure between the monetary market and capital markets, between stock and bond markets, between government bonds and corporate bonds; actively support the process of restructuring state-owned enterprises, renew the economic growth model and promote the development of the private sector; enhance openness and integration with regional and world markets.
