On 26/11/2019 the National Assembly voted to approve the Securities Law (amended) with 445/450 deputies representing 92.13%. The Securities Law (amended) which includes 10 chapters and 135 articles and takes effect from January 1, 2021 stipulates securities and securities market activities, rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in the securities field, organization of the stock market, and State management on securities and securities market.
